| Penalties | Sec. 24 lit. par. 19, lit. d) of the amended Consumer Protection Act states that the maximum fine imposed shall be up to CZK 5,000,000 (offence under Sec. 24, para. 7, lit. l) of the Consumer Protection Act. |
